I’ve never been more impressed with customer service. Whether I’m talking to Rita, Mike or Scott Nerat himself I can always get my questions answered. They’ve even called me on the weekend to get back to me. I like to buy guns and their online inventory is fantastic. They stock many new guns but handle a lot of pre-owned ones as well. I’ve bought military models, hunting rifles, shotguns, muzzleloaders and handguns there and never been disappointed. I like the wooden hunting rifles from the 1970’s and older and I’ve never seen more in any one place. If there’s a flaw on one they’ll point it out to make sure I’m aware of it. You don’t see that very often. Great job!
